The refit of the blog has been completed without too many glitches. So we’re good to go.
That said, there are still a few issues to iron out. Things might keep changing and moving around.
The only really big issue at present is the fact that the header won’t display properly for anyone on Internet Explorer 5.5 or 6. It uses a PNG transparency, which IE 6 can’t display. I may be trying a few work arounds.
Or I might not bother, as IE 6 must be a bit old by now. You really should try Firefox, or Safari.
The refit has only really entailed moving to a new theme. I’ve invested in the excellent and exceptional Thesis Theme for WordPress. If you’re serious about your blogging, check it out. (And yes, that is an affiliate link).
Thesis is great for SEO (search engine optimisation), and very easy to use and customise. So I have no hesitation in recommending it.
